Junior IT Support Specialist – Full-time, Permanent – Acton, ON
Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | 52 Futura Drive, Acton
The Junior IT Support Specialist plays an important role in keeping Fraser Direct connected, productive, and moving forward. As a member of our IT team, you’ll provide responsive front-line support across the business, with a strong focus on helping team members have the technology and support they need to get the job done well. From troubleshooting a device or resolving a software issue to setting up new equipment and helping people navigate technology, you’ll make a difference in the day-to-day experience of our teams.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out, stays organized when there’s a lot happening, and takes pride in getting things right. You’re naturally curious and eager to learn, but you’re just as interested in people as you are in technology. You know that good IT support isn’t just about fixing the problem. It’s about listening, translating “tech speak” into plain language, and making it easier for someone to do their job. You work well with people across different teams, take initiative, and care about the quality of your work.
This role is for someone who wants to build their technical skills, contribute to a growing company, and become a trusted go-to person for the people they support.
For more than 25 years, we have built our business through strong relationships, referrals, and a reputation for doing what we say we will do. Our clients count on us to be responsive, reliable, and committed to delivering on our promises.
You will join a team that is known for reliable service and takes pride in getting the details right. People here take ownership, help each other, and understand that good work by one person makes it easier for the whole team to succeed.
As the business grows, there is room to learn, take on new challenges, and grow with us.

Thank you to all interested applicants. Candidates who possess the best fit of experience, skills, and qualifications outlined above will be contacted for next steps in the hiring process. Please watch for follow up emails.
