Afternoon Team Lead – Full-time, Permanent – Guelph, ON

Full-Time, Permanent | Sunday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. | Guelph, Ontario

Our warehouse is a busy operation. Keeping everything moving takes more than getting the work done — it takes people who can see what needs to happen next, keep the team focused, and step in when things don't go according to plan.

As our Afternoon Team Lead, you will play an important role in keeping our warehouse operation running smoothly. Working alongside the Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you will help direct the work, support the team, and make sure priorities are completed safely, accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend your time on the warehouse floor, working with Forklift Operators and Warehouse Associates, monitoring progress, solving problems and helping the team stay on track.

You will also be the designated back-up to the Afternoon Shift Supervisor. When the Supervisor is away or needs support, you'll be expected to step up, make good decisions and keep the operation moving.
At Fraser Direct, our success is built on our commitment to our clients. Our Team Leads help us Deliver the Promise by making sure quality, productivity, safety and service standards are met every day.

  • Keep the Supervisor informed of progress, delays, issues and completed priorities throughout the shift.
  • Manage high volumes of email and make sure time-sensitive requests are actioned or escalated.
  • Clearly communicate outstanding issues, priorities and follow-ups to support a smooth transition to the next shift.
Support Facility & Product Security
  • Act as a key-holder and provide back-up for building security, alarm systems and end-of-shift lock-up.
